The Mare's Leg rifle scabbard is a versatile rifle scabbard with the option of strapping it onto your saddle or ATV or using the shoulder strap and hanging it on your shoulder or across your back. When walking through rough terrain or around trees and bushes you'll be able to have both hands free which is definitely an asset when out in the woods, hill country or desert. Comes with border tooling as shown, is fully lined and available in Black or Brown. *Rifle not included

The Mares Leg rifle is a cut-down, modified version of the repeating rifle made popular by Steve McQueen in "Wanted: Dead or Alive". It can be holstered like a pistol or put in a modified rifle scabbard and has the speed of a lever-action rifle.
Our western leather rifle scabbards are all handmade per your specification you are assured a correct fit for your rifle. Scabbards are NOT available for rifles w/scopes. Scabbards are lined with oil tanned cowhide for additional protection of your rifle and to facilitate the smooth removal of your rifle from the scabbard. All of our leather scabbards and shotgun sleeves are custom made here at Cochise Leather and proudly made in the USA
